More sports on Switch? Can't complain.
The R.B.I. Baseball franchise is returning to Nintendo platforms for the first time since the 1980s.
R.B.I. Baseball 17 will be released on the Switch on September 5th. It’s not only the first R.B.I. Baseball game since the 80s on a Nintendo platform but the first time there’s been a ‘real’ baseball game on a Nintendo system since 2012 (if you don’t include Tamagotchi Baseball on the Wii U).
R.B.I. Baseball 17 allows for fun, fast-paced gameplay in all 30 ballparks with over 1,000 MLB players. The Switch version will take advantage of the platform’s unique controller options that allow for gaming everywhere.
Dodgers shortstop Corey Seager will appear on the US cover and Blue Jays centerfielder Kevin Pillar will appear on the Canadian cover.
With Baseball not the most popular sport in Australia we’re not sure if the game will come to Australia, but we’re going to ask anyway.
Definitively done with the Wii U now.
Because Gate Rune and Dunan Unification War is too long to fit in a title.
