Sega held it’s 25th Anniversary Sonic Party this weekend in San Diego. Sega finally took the wraps off the next Sonic the Hedgehog, thus far dubbed Project Sonic 2017. It’s due out Christmas, next year.
The game is being developed by Sonic, including members of the team that worked on Sonic Colors and Sonic Generations. While this game features both retro and modern Sonic, it’s not a sequel to the game says Sega.
