Level 5 reveals first details and trailer on the crossover you never even thought of
In a surprising, but very awesome move Level 5 have revealed a crossover between the Professor Layton and Capcom’s Phoenix Wright series. Titled Professor Layton VS Ace Attorney the game will be a combination of a puzzle game and crime mystery.
The writer behind the Ace Attorney series is back on board for this one and may involve a ’Witch Trial’ of some kind; details are still scarce. President of Level-5, Akihiro Hino, described the game as ’like two TV shows getting together and making a movie’.
Some early artwork for the game has been released. No release date has been announced as of yet, but it’s expected out next year.
