So far, only Nintendo Japan has announced pricing for the Nintendo 3DS. Priced at 25,000 Yen (about $300AU), the system is a lot more expensive than the DS before it and it’s got a fair few people worried. Those people include the Japanese and website GetNews.jp has asked a sample of 1000 folks their thoughts on the the Nintendo 3DS price. Here is what they said;
• Slightly Expensive: 32.2 percent (323 replies)
• Expensive: 28.3 percent (284 replies)
• Too Expensive: 19.2 percent (192 replies)
• Reasonable: 16.4 percent (164 replies)
• Slightly Inexpensive: 2 percent (20 replies)
• Inexpensive: 0.9 percent (9 replies)
Opinions on those polled is obviously varied with a strong leaning towards the expensive side of the tracks. Of course, this isn’t an intend to buy poll, they merely just think it’s expensive. Some of the people polled have said that.
