And we'll be there too!

It’s a teensy bit over two weeks until PAX Australia takes place in Melbourne, and Nintendo has finally given us a taste of what will be playable at the show.

Nintendo Australia revealed today that Pokémon Sword and Shield, Luigi’s Mansion 3, and The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening will all be playable at PAX Australia from the 11th to the 13th of October.

Link’s Awakening, of course, launched last week (and is pretty damn good), but this marks the first time Pokémon Sword and Shield and Luigi’s Mansion 3 will be playable by the public in Australia. It’s expected that the playable demos on offer will be the same demos available at similar events in the past, such as E3, Gamescom, and other PAX events around the world.

Nintendo Australia will also be holding exclusive loot quests, much like previous years, in which PAX attendees can earn special Nintendo loot by completing challenges. More playable games and loot opportunities are expected to be announced in the coming weeks.

On a more personal note, many Vooks team members will once more be present at PAX Australia, so make sure you come over and say hello if you see us on the show floor.
