Pokémon Sun And Moon is shaping up to be one the biggest Pokémon games ever, both in the amount of content, number of Pokémon in it and in file size. The Japanese website for the game has updated and lists the game at a massive 3.2GB or 26,214 blocks.
This means you’ll need at least a 4GB card. This shouldn’t be a problem for newer systems – but even with that you’ll be tight for space. You might want to look at upgrading your memory card.
