Last night we brought you news about what Europe and America had planned for the Pokemon 20th Anniversary, now we’ve got word from Nintendo Australia just what’s planned.
As we suspected we’re also getting the Nintendo 2DS bundles in Pokemon Red, Blue and Yellow flavours. They’ll be released in Australia on February 27th just like the other regions, which should actually mean we get them first thanks to the time difference. The bundles will retail for $149.95 and include a Virtual Console copy of the game, stickers and the matching home menu theme.
February 27th will also see the release of two new cover plates, one for Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon and the other covered in Pokemon sprites.
Wanting to get your Pokemon fix a little early this year? Well there’s Pokémon Rumble World on the way on January 23rd. The whole ‘free to play’ nature of the game has been ripped from the game and is yours to play as a ‘full’ game
Then just a month later Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon is set to launch of February 20th, Nintendo says this is;
This definitive Pokémon Mystery Dungeon adventure features 720 species of Pokémon, random dungeons filled with near-infinite challenges, and the chance to team up and battle alongside some of the series’ most iconic Legendary and Mythical Pokémon.
There will a free theme given to those who buy the game on the eShop (until March 17th). Nintendo is also looking to give away the theme in store, but retailers haven’t been announced.
Story of Seasons: Friends of Mineral Town, Rune Factory 5, Rune Factory 4 Special, West…
Mario & Luigi: Brothership, Miyamoto and Metal Slug Tactics.
Until you see the price, at least.
Put a pin in it.
