Niantic has announced that a rollout of new monsters in Pokémon Go is starting from today.
Baby Pokémon like Pichu, Togepi and unnamed others will be able to be hatched from eggs from today, just like they were in Pokémon Gold and Silver.
Also added to the game is a Santa hat wearing Pikachu, he’ll spawn in the game randomly so you’ll have to go out walking to find him. When this Pikachu evolves into Raichu he’ll also retain the hat. You can only catch this festive Pikachu until December 29th so get out and hunting.
