Pokémon Go Adventure Week kicks off with more Rock Pokémon, boosts and more

More items at Pokéstops, buddies boosting candies four times as fast.

Niantic has announced that the next Pokémon Go will kick off this week and not only feature more Rock Pokémon but also some handy boosts in general.

The event starts at 1:00 P.M. PDT on May 18 and runs until 1:00 P.M. PDT on May 25, 2017. For us Aussies that’s Friday, 19 May 2017 at 6:00 am until the same time the Friday after.

Here’s what will be happening;

More Rock-type Pokémon such as Omanyte, Kabuto, and their Evolutions. Aerodactyl is included too.
More items from each PokéStops you visit.
Poké Balls are 50% off in the in-game shop.
Your Buddy Pokemon will find candies four times as fast.
Explorer’s Hat added to wardrobe for free.
