Nintendo Australia has confirmed that we’ll be getting a release date very similar to Europe and America for Pokémon Black Version 2 and Pokémon White Version 2. It will be out in ’Spring 2012’ which is sometime between September and November later this year. Don’t expect a closer release date until sometime in August for this one.

Nintendo Australia also made available the sales stats for Pokemon Black and White Version, in its first week on sale it sold 77,000 units the fastest for any Nintendo game in Australia. The total of the games sales now sit at 251,000 units. Pokemon sells pretty well then still.

PokémonTM Black Version and PokémonTM White Version video games hit Australian stores in March 2011 and within one week sales combined sales exceeded 77,000* units – smashing all previous records for week one sales of a Nintendo game in Australia.
