Nintendo have updated their Pokémon Bank page with new information, including the yearly subscription cost for US customers.
Users will need to pay an annual service charge of US$4.99 which gives access to both Pokémon Bank and Pokémon Transporter.
For those unsure about the service, there will also be a free 30 day trial period for users that download the application by January 31, 2014.
As was mentioned in the Pokémon Direct earlier in September, the Pokémon Bank is software that allows you to store up to 3000 Pokémon across 100 boxes safely in the cloud, allowing for easy transfer between games and to ensure that collectors aren’t limited by the storage space within Pokémon X and Pokémon Y.
Pokémon Transporter is a companion application that allows transfer of stored Pokémon from Pokémon Black, Pokémon White, Pokémon Black 2 and Pokémon White 2 to the Pokémon Bank.
The price for Australian users has yet to be confirmed, we are reaching out to Nintendo Australia for clarification.
