Nintendo has re-released the much anticipated Pokemon Bank application back onto the Japanese eShop. The application was pulled from sale late last year when Nintendo’s online services just couldn’t handle the rush of people at Christmas in addition to the Pokemon Bank release.
With it’s servers now prepared Nintendo has let Japan (as well as Korea) back in on the action and will slowly let everyone else back on once it knows it can cope with the strain.
Pokemon Bank was originally meant to go on sale here in Australia and Europe on the 27th of December, since the delay information has been scarce until today when Nintendo Europe tweeted about it saying they’ll be monitoring the situation closely. Hopefully it won’t be too long until we’re all cashing in at the Bank.
Nintendo Europe’s tweets are included below.
