Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney trilogy collection coming to 3DS in Japan

The first three Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney titles are making their way to the Nintendo 3DS, in Japan at least.

Launching on April 17th Gyakuten Saiban 123 Naruhodou Collection will come to the 3DS with full stereoscopic 3D support. The collection of games is priced at 3,990Yen which is about $45AU.

There will also be a limited edition version of the game and if you pre-order you’ll get a download code for artwork and remixed versions of the game’s music. Naturally for now this only applies to Japan.

Since this has just been announced for Japan it could be some time before we hear about a release here in Australia or anywhere else for that matter. Seeing as the games are already in English and well out-of-print it would be great to see Phoenix Wright back on shelves.

I’ve only seen praise for this series. After trying the Dual Destinies demo on the eShop, I’d definetly buy this if it were ever released outside Japan. I’d buy Dual Destinies if it weren’t for lack of memory, so retail would be nice as well.
