Pac-Man VS. will support Download Play in Namco Museum on Switch

Only one person will need to own the game.

Bandai Namco have announced some more detail about how the multiplayer will work in Pac-Mac VS. in the upcoming Namco Museum for Nintendo Switch.

As previously confirmed every player will need a Nintendo Switch to play, but in a first for the system it’ll support Download Play. Namco Bandai will make available a Pac-Man VS. download on the Nintendo eShop for players who don’t have the game to be able to join in.

If you don’t have access to multiple Switch consoles you can still play with 1 to 3 people on one console, but you’ll only be able to play as Ghosts.

Does this change your plans to buy Namco Museum? It was looking pretty bleak before.
