If Monster Hunter and Need for Speed weren’t you cup of tea last week, then maybe there’s something coming this week for you.

If not, then there is no pleasing you.

Both the Wii U and 3DS gain one big exclusive each, we are of course talking about Luigi’s Mansion 2 and Lego City Undercover. The first is a sequel to a game from 11 years ago, the second game is helping smash a drought on the Wii U that’s felt just as long.

Remember, the eShop is updated Thursday so stick around for that information later this week.

In the words of Biff Tannen, Well Looky what we have here…

Luigi’s Mansion 2

Most Nintendo fans will have a special place in their heart for Luigi’s Mansion. It should represent a  lot of happy memories of the GameCube launch, a time when Nintendo did things very differently. So now, 11 years later and on a portable Luigi’s Mansion 2 is again to bring Luigi into the spotlight. Even if he only gets out once every decade and is in a mansion with a lack of light…

With a full single player story to play through, online multiplayer co-op and local download play – this isn’t the same Luigi’s Mansion you played 11 years ago – but that’s good because this one sounds even better.

Lego City Undercover

The Wii U needs a hero, someone to save it. Could it be Chase McCain? Join Chase as he explores Lego City to stop the recently escaped Rex Fury. With the all the humour of a Lego you expect, an open world to explore and none of the licences – Lego City Undercover is looking awesome.

So then, what are you picking up?
