Its port week this week! Every game being released this week has already being released on another platform already. But that doesn’t mean you should ignore them all.
The biggest two games this week are Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D on the the Nintendo 3DS and the Wii U version of Resident Evil: Revelations.
You might have played these already, especially since if you’re reading this you’re most likely a Nintendo fan. Even if you have though each game offers something new on their respective new platforms.
Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D loses the waggle, gains some extra levels and a new easy mode for those who don’t like the sheer brutality of the game. It’s not easy.
Resident Evil: Revelations gains all the features you would expect the GamePad to bring, however its the games Raid mode that gains the bulk of the new stuff. The game is also now in HD and looks pretty good for a 3DS port.
The Wii U gains another game too this week with Sniper Elite V2. It’s that game where you can snipe Hitler’s nuts. That’s not a joke.
Less exciting is a Wii U port of LEGO Batman 2: DC Super Heroes, which if you haven’t picked it up on another console and only own a Wii U might be good for you. It was on sale on Steam for $7.50 the other day.
Well then, what say you?
