The game will be rated MA15+, but will it be censored?

Desperate Struggle is the sequel to the eccentric 2008 hitman title, No More Heroes. The gratuitously violent original game was censored in PAL regions, including Australia where it only received an M rating. In regards to whether the sequel will be censored too, CEO of Grasshopper Manufacture, Goichi Suda (aka Suda51), had this to say: "With No More Heroes 2 we want to please the fans too. I want the European users to be able to experience the extreme version."

No More Heroes 2 sees Travis Touchdown return to the secret and exclusive United Assassin Association. This time he is out for revenge and he must battle 51 of the world’s strongest and most unusual killers to once again become the number one assassin.

The game features two new playable characters, an expanded set of weapons, an improved, over-the-top combat system, and signature 2-D job missions. The game is set to be released in the first half of this year.
