The Australian developer has spoken on the future of Nintendos forthcoming handheld Nic Watt, the bloke behind the fantastic DSiWare game Pop+ Solo, says that wireless technology in the form of 3G and GPS would enable gamers to "play online wherever [...
Watt isnt alone in his vision for an improved DS. His comments come just a week after Monster Hunter Tri producer Ryozo Tsujimoto stated that hed also like to see stronger online functionality. “Obviously Monster Hunter games rely very heavily on network gaming and if there is anything that could be improved I would have the online side high on my list,” said Tsujimoto.
Whether or not this means the Monster Hunter series could be on its way to a Nintendo handheld is a totally different matter, but hopefully these suggestions about improved online functionality have Nintendo pricking up its ears.
