Nintendo’s 2012 Annual Report looks pretty cool

Company annual reports, is there anything more boring? Well Nintendo at least try to make it a little less mundane with their 2012 annual report.

While the actual figures might not be Nintendo’s best ever and there isn’t really anything new inside that hasn’t been known before. Nintendo’s recorded it’s first operating loss, there’s a ton of games sold and more sales statistics than you can poke a stick at.

But boy does it look great. The first few pages show off a few ‘real world’ photos of Mario, Zelda, Mario Kart and Pokemon. It’s all pretty classy actually… if not a little poorly photoshopped.

Take a look.

Yeah It’s not great again but that’s expected after the last few reports. The thing that I love is that the Wii almost cleared 10 million units for the year even with very little new on the system in the last year.

They are only 5 million away from clearing the 100 million mark, that’s just incredible!
