Nintendo won’t have live press conference again at E3 2017

Nintendo has confirmed that once again it will not hold a live ‘large-scale press conference’ at this years E3 to the shock of no one.
Details will come later from Nintendo about what exactly they’ll be showing and how, but if it’s not a Direct than two days of Treehouse we’ll be surprised. Nintendo in the absence of anything else dedicated last year’s E3 to Breath of the Wild and it paid off. With more to show this year a single focus on one game is unlikely.

Not surprised of course, but can’t say I’m not disappointed still… Let’s hope the Direct still has something big. Mario to start, some new Mario Kart tracks, Zelda DLC info, Pokémon, Animal Crossing, F-Zero (crosses fingers), Xenoblade and a Big Bang at the end with Metroid (crosses fingers, toes and throws a bag of salt over shoulder clutching my bunch of four leaf clovers!).
