Nintendo to phase out the Aqua Blue 3DS colour

Nintendo has announced that shortly it will stop producing the Aqua Blue Nintendo 3DS colour. The Aqua Blue launched alongside the Cosmos Black color at launch, however it’s the notice on Nintendo’s website only mentions the Aqua Blue ceasing production.

Don’t expect the colour to disappear overnight we’re sure there are still tons laying around in stores but with more colours on the way it looks like Nintendo might be doing a revolving doors strategy with system colours from now on. Shelf space is at a premium these days.
