Nintendo to attend Supanova in Perth and Sydney
Not simply content with a presence at this year’s PAX in Melbourne, Nintendo have also confirmed they will be heading to the Sydney and Perth Supanova Pop Culture Expos.
Nintendo is trying to make sure that as many people as possible get a chance to play their games, and by having demo units present at these large cultural events, their plans might just pay off.
It has been confirmed that New Super Luigi U will be present, as well as a series of multiplayer 3DS games for attendees to enjoy, including the hot title of the moment, Animal Crossing: New Leaf.
The Sydney Supanova is being held this coming weekend in The Dome at Sydney Showground, 22nd and 23rd of June. Perth’s Supanova is going to be at the Claremont Showgrounds on the weekend of the 29th and 30th of June.
If they really want me to play their games then stop cancelling releases in AUS. I want a physical copy of Ninja Gaiden dammit.
thats more of team ninjas fault import it with ozgameshop website
Fantastic news!
This coupled with the new streetpass games means a great day at Supanova this year!!!
For what it’s worth, Ninja Gaiden: Razor’s Edge is the only Wii U game that Nintendo quietly “cancelled” in Australia. They instead opted for an eShop distribution method.
Nintendo were indeed the distributor / publisher for Ninja Gaiden 3 on the Wii U, and for reasons we don’t know, it was held back from a retail release.
