Nintendo Australia has confirmed that it will be taking on the role of distributor for Monster Hunter 4 down under. Nintendo Europe will handle the game in those regions as well.
Nintendo will be responsible for the marketing, sales, distribution and PR for the game. Capcom remains the publisher.
What does this mean for you then? Well not too much in the end really, but with Nintendo dollars behind the marketing the game should have some great offers and promotions behind it when it does release in early 2015. Nintendo previously took control of the Monster Hunter 3 on the Wii last generation as well the Ultimate versions on the Wii U and 3DS last year.
Get in quick, they go fast.
