They are Bluetooth after all.
This shouldn’t come as a shock to anyone, but the Nintendo Switch Joy-Cons can be used on other Bluetooth enabled devices like a PC, Mac or Android phone.
For Android and Mac things are pretty simple, but on Windows you’ll need a program called JoyToKey. This will map buttons on the controllers to buttons on the keyboard.
The Nintendo Switch Pro Controller can also be used on computers as well but can’t be charged at the same time.
