Nintendo are a friendly company, unless youre helping piracy by selling products that take away profit, Nintendos profit to be exact. Nintendo made a request to the Hong Kong High Court to bust up a global distribution operation dealing in mod chips and other various forms of piracy. On the 8th of October, the Supreme Factory Ltd. Facilities were raided and over a 3 day period, more than 10,000 mod chips and game copying devices were confiscated. Another win for Nintendo against piracy.
