Did you pick up Dragon Quest VII over the weekend and have absolutely no idea what to do? The Dragon Quest series isn’t the most beginner friendly series out there with traditional and tropes built into it that have history all the way back to the NES era.
To help you get started Nintendo has put together a guide, it covers the first 20 hours of the game. It’ll take you right up until Alltrades Abbey, which lets you choose a vocation.
We’re still working on our review for this one, as you can see it’s such a huge game and there’s a lot to get through. But now, the guide.
