Nintendo Europe bundling Splatoon and Mario Kart 8 in one box

Nintendo might not have a whole lot left for Christmas with the delay of Star Fox Zero, but it’s still going after people’s wallets with older games this holiday season.
Nintendo Europe will be selling a Wii U console with both Splatoon and Mario Kart 8 included. Mario Kart 8 will be pre-installed and Splatoon comes as a download code. A little weird but hey – that box looks amazing.
No word of course if it’ll make its way here, but if you know where to look – you can already get a Wii U with Splatoon for cheap in Australia – finding a copy of Mario Kart 8 cheap shouldn’t be too hard either.

I know we have the Xenoblade X console bundle coming but this will cater for the normal family folk…feels like a last gasp attempt from Nintendo to sell some units in what will be Wii U’s final Christmas 🙁 but hey, hope it does spread some wii u goodness
