Nintendo Download Updates (23/5) Kirby Kirby Kirby
Hope you’ve got a lot of eShop credit because this week is another doozy. That’s a weird word isn’t it. Doozy.
Anyway! Once again both the Wii U and the 3DS get shown some love on the eShop front with a bunch of new downloadable games, Virtual Console games and even more games on sale. It’s crazy.
Firstly the Wii U sees a Kirby Virtual Console bonanza with two new SNES titles added to the roster. If you own Kirby’s Adventure which was released a couple of weeks back you can even pick up Kirby Super Star and Kirby’s Dream Course for a Discounted price.
Never fear, both of these games are 60hz.
Elsewhere both Resident Evil Revelations and LEGO Batman 2: DC Super Heroes are available to download if you can’t get to a store. However they’re both full price and you should be able to find both of these significantly cheaper in stores.
On the 3DS eShop there aren’t any Virtual Console games for once, instead you’ve got a mix of new and old retail games added to the shop, a new demo for
Project X Zone and the arrival of Swords and Soldiers 3D. The 3DS port however though hasn’t been as well received as the Wii one.
On the retail front there’s addition of Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D, be careful its a 2GB download. It will take a while and you will need a bigger SD card.
Finally to prepare us for the sequel, The Denpa Men: They Came By Wave has gone on sale as well.
Well then, what say you?
Resident Evil Revelations (Capcom, available 23/5) – $59.95

The RE:Revelations price even at full RRP is still cheaper than the $73.95 they’re trying to charge on the PSN!
