So Nintendo goes to sleep for a couple of weeks and then bam, there’s a whole wad of Wii U and 3DS eShop releases and demos to check out all at once.
So sit down, grab a drink or two and let’s find out what you can download.
Yes that’s right, 30c F-Zero right here and now on your Wii U. It’s also running at the more acceptable 60hz, none of those slow as molasses 50hz crap. Add this to your collection now, 30c can’t even buy you some lollies at the deli anymore.
It’s still a month until the monsters are unleashed on the Wii U, with Monster Hunter 3, so to ease the pain Capcom have released a demo for you to sample and, like a good looking person on the train, tease just a little bit.
If you were keen on picking Trine 2 up then you have until exactly March 7th to get it for the lower price of $14.99, after that it’ll go back up to $19.99.
Mighty Switch Force: Hyper Drive is also on sale on the European store… hopefully that means by the time this update is live so will the game. Wednesday Daniel hopes it will.
[Virtual Console] ($0.30) F-Zero
[Game Demo] Monster Hunter 3: Ultimate
[Sale Price] ($14.99) Trine 2: Director’s Cut – usually $19.99 (sale ends March 7th)
Nightsky, an indie game by Nicalis, is appearing on the eShop in Europe. Now, you might not believe it, but we really should get this one. Yes it’s a Nicalis title, but it actually has been classified for release. Cross your fingers, this little indie title is worth a look into.
On the demo front, we’re in for quite a treat. There’s two big 3DS games getting demos as well this week. You might have heard of them?
[eShop Game] ($9.99) Nightsky
[Game Demo] Monster Hunter 3: Ultimate
[Game Demo] Castlevania: Lords of Shadow – Mirror of Fate
The Wii U and 3DS eShops go live in Australia at 10pm WST / 1am EDST time every Thursday / Friday.
What will you fine people be grabbing this weekend?
Gotta go fast.
It is a Holiday Gaming Extravaganza
Some really great deals.
