Nintendo Download Update Puffball Mania Origins
We still might not have VVVVVV on the Australian eShop but this week instead at least we get some new stuff and yes we’ve checked they’re all up there and waiting to be downloaded. One of them is even free.
3DS Virtual Console
Kirby’s Dream Land 2 (Game Boy, Nintendo, $6.00AU) You can’t go wrong with Kirby and with Kirby on the Game Boy, you couldn’t go wrong either. Both of the Dream Land titles are quite solid. Kirby however remains pink and squishy as before.
3DS Original Software
Bird Mania 3D (Teyon, $3.00) A endless challenge title in the vein of Machine Gun Jetpack and Tiny Wings. Don’t think because it’s cheap it’s bad either, this is a great little game.
3DS Demo
Rayman Origins – The game was delayed a while back but it’ll be in stores next month. So if you haven’t picked up the game yet on all the other consoles i’ts on, you might want to try the demo out to see if it’s up your alley. That and to see if the 3DS port is any good.
Anything for you then?
Let’s see what all this Rayman fuss is about.
I’m disappointed that they’ve also neglected to bring the Dead or Alive demo to the eShop. I already own the game, but I think that it deserves wider exposure; especially after the B.S. that the media (and OFLC) put the game through.
At least with demos you can change your country to the UK and download the missing ones off the UK eShop. But for VVVVVV you need to buy more eShop cash in Pounds because the Aussie dollars don’t convert over.
You can add the exact funds though now. Still it would be better if we had access to the US eShop.
You can add the exact needed funds now. No more loading up unused pounds that could get lost when changing regions.
