This week’s additions to Nintendo’s downloadable content services is one of the biggest yet, and follows their recent trend of coincidal releases across all services on the same day- good news for everyone.
On WiiWare, we get an all-new exclusive Gradius game with Gradius Rebirth for 1000 points. The Hanabi festival kicks off with the Virtual Console catalogue being bolstered by new additions ‘Ogre Battle: The March of the Black Queen’ for SNES, and ‘Pulseman’ which was first realeased on SEGA’s Mega Drive. Both games can be had for 900 points.
DSi owners can get their hands on Gameloft’s ‘Brain Challenge’ which looks to be much of the same compared to the WiiWare original. The DSiWare will also get two fresh Mario-themed applications- a calculator and clock at the usual price of 200 points.
However it’s not all good news as Australian’s miss out on Bit Boy!! by Vienesse developer Bplus. Their other games ‘Niki – Rock ‘n’ Ball’; and ‘Plättchen Twist ’n’ Paint’ also haven’t been released and likely won’t be.
Magnets, always with the magnets.
