Some weeks we get told in advance what’s coming out, some weeks not. Luckily this week is such a week and this week we finally get the release of Bonsai Barber. It’s about six months late, must have been that crazy PAL conversion right? Anyway moving on, Bonsai Barber is developed by Zoonami, that development studio that Nintendo owns and promises big things and yet we never see anything. Well now we have seen something and it’s not too bad (actually it’s quite good). The aim of the game is to cut the ‘hair’ of vegetables as best you can. It’s published by Nintendo themselves so you know it’s good. Like Little King’s Story you’ll want to look past it’s cutesy exterior for some great fun.
On the Virtual Console side of things, we’ve got The Revenge of Shinobi. The reason why this game hasn’t appeared anytime sooner is that it’s full of licensed characters. Perhaps Sega has found a way around this or we’ll get a cut version. We’ll find out as soon as the game is up on the shop.
Now time for DSi Ware and this week we get City Transport Map Volume 1 and 2 for 500 Points. These apps point out the subways, trains, trams and buses around various public transport routes in European countries. Completely useless to anyone who isnt travelling.
