The PAL Virtual Console store passes a big milestone this week with the 300th game being released on the service as two more games make the milestone possible.
Virtual Console
Smash Table Tennis (600 Points) – First released in 1987, this game was originally an arcade game ported to the NES, given a new name and had Donkey Kong Jr. thrown in the crowd. For the Ping Pong enthusiast. Like all Hanabi games, it was never released in PAL regions.
Musha (900 Points) – A vertical shoot’em up on the Megadrive originally released in 1990. You play as a girl named Terri who pilots a M.U.S.H.A (Metallic Uniframe Super Hybrid Armour) in order to take on an supercomputer that has gone wild and plans on making humanity its bitch.
WiiWare
Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: My Life As A Dark Lord – Sequel to My Life as King and available for 1000 Wii Points. Like its predecessor, it is a strategy game – but this time youll be playing as the evil daughter of a Dark Lord who installs traps and uses monsters to defend her tower against waves of invading adventurers.
DSiWare
A Little Bit Of Puzzle League – A cut-down version of the magnificent Planet Puzzle League, which was never released here in Australia. For a mere 500 points you get four single player modes, but sadly no online or local multiplayer. We don’t know which one is worse: The full game not getting a release here, or the lack of multiplayer.
And it looks Grand.
From Mario to Zelda, to Splatoon to Donkey Kong. Everything on Nintendo Music.
Not long til Kong.
