Nintendo Download Update – DuckTales get ready to Rumble U
It’s a big big week on the eShop this week and more specifically on the Wii U. It’s the week of Pokemon Rumble U and DuckTales: Remastered, which also means its going to be an expensive week if you pick up both.
Pokemon Rumble U is the latest installment in the toy-battling Pokemon spin off, there’s no word yet here in Australia if we’re getting those cool NFC figures but the game doesn’t need them to be played. Whether its worth $19.50 is up to you. The long awaited DuckTales: Remastered is here as well, it feels nice to get a downloadable game the same time as the other platforms as well. Reviews have been split on this one but since you should only be reading our reviews here’s what we thought about it.
Elsewhere there’s a bunch of sales on for eShop games and New Super Mario Bros. 2 DLC and a couple of odd Virtual Console games for the 3DS. Summer Carnival ’92 RECCA is worth checking out, it’s a cult classic.
Well then, take a look at the list below and let us know what you’re picking up!

While I would prefer Ducktales on the Wii U, it is hard to justify paying $19.50, when the Steam version can be had from GMG for $12.
Trine 2 certainly is tempting for 8 bones. I’ve never played any of them.
Meanwhile, is there another $0.30 game after Donkey Kong? Last I saw it was on sale until the 15th
I’m afraid not. Donkey Kong is the last game in the Famicom 30th Anniversary promotion.
Aww. I only got my WiiU in time to get DK and the previous one (whose name escapes me).
