Nintendo Download Update (12/6) – GOAAAAAAAL
So it’s that time of the week again, though you probably haven’t noticed with all the E3 news happening! The big theme this week is football, or soccer, considering there’s that World Cup thing happening. So let’s ‘kick’ things off, shall we? Heh…
The Wii U is getting a bunch of Virtual Console games, with Super Punch-Out!! hitting (heh) your console this week. And the first of a few football games, Soccer on the NES is also doing some fancy footwork onto the eShop. And don’t forget about Pac-Man! A few of his games are hitting the Virtual Console to celebrate his addition to Smash Bros. On top of that, we’ve got a bunch of Ubisoft titles permanently dropping their prices this week, including Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag and Just Dance.
On the 3DS, we’re a little more football themed, with Inazuma Eleven going half price, and Nintendo Pocket Football Club also getting another discount. Too good to ‘pass’ up! (Hehe) Definitely a game worthy of your ‘possession’ (alright, I’m done).
So that wraps up this weeks update, anything that piques your interest enough to pull yourself away from E3? Let us know in the comments below! I hope you enjoyed my colourful ‘commentary’! (I wasn’t done, was I)

Would I be right in assuming there’s no chance we’ll be getting the eShop sale advertised on the Nintendo E3 site? http://e3.nintendo.com/offers/
There are some good deals, so it’s a shame Nintendo Australia haven’t mentioned anything.
No, as that sales applies to the U.S.
We almost always get the same sales/promotions as Nintendo of Europe instead.
Earlier this morning, Dr. Kawashima’s Brain Training: How Old Is Your Brain? was added to the Wii U eShop as a free VC title. It appears to be a limited time download as the game (and its respective Miiverse community) will no longer be available for download after July 13th.
