Nintendo has detailed the first downloadable content for the upcoming Fire Emblem Awakening, it’s everyone’s favourite Marth! He will be available to download in game for free when the game is released in Japan on April 19th. You’ll have until May 31st to nab him for free after which Japanese gamers will have to fork out ¥300 (Yen) to have Marth in your party.

The move by Nintendo to offer Marth free for a limited time is no doubt a move to get gamers to pick up the game early on. Is this the kind of DLC you expected to see from Nintendo and would you be this kind of DLC if the game is released here?
