Nintendo announces release of Solatorobo for Australia and Europe
Namco Bandais forgotten DS game heading our way.
Never heard of Solatorobo: Red the Hunter? Well, maybe you should. Nintendo is bringing the Namco Bandai developed game to multiple PAL region countries including all of Europe, Russia, Turkey and finally Australia and New Zealand. Nintendo has been taking a few third party games of late and taking it under their wing, recently and most notable Super Street Fighter IV 3D Edition and Monster Hunter Tri from Capcom.
Solatorobo: Red the Hunter is an RPG which is set in the mythical floating islands of the Shepherd Republic. You take control of Red Savarin, an anthropomorphic dog with the ability to take a human form. You’ll be required to battle with giant mechs, you know, because that’s what you do.
You’re set to be spoiled visually too as the game has anime graphics produced by some of the world’s leading animators and manga names such as Nobuteru Yūki (The Vision of Escaflowne) along with movies and cut scenes designed by Madhouse (Marvel Anime, Ninja Scroll, DeathNote, CardCaptor Sakura).
We’re going to assume an official announcement from Nintendo Australia is only a few days away. Right?
