A new FFC submission by Nintendo and electronics manufacturer Mitsumi has revealed what could very well be the Nintendo 3DS. No sleek device here, this is all motherboard with all the components of the Nintendo just laid bare on a ‘testbed’.
It’s in the FFC for testing on the new Wi-Fi antenna it features, but that’s not at all. The most interesting thing is actually the widescreen display that is attached to the top of the board. There is only one though as the ‘bottom’ screen seemingly features a similar screen to the current Nintendo DS. We’re not going to jump the gun here and say that there might only be 3D on one screen or that the final product will only have one screen, but it’s interesting to ponder.
Also featured on the board is what appears to be a normal Nintendo DS card slot and an SD card slot. Looks like we won’t be losing any of the DSi features anytime soon. The picture is too low resolution to see anything else, but E3 is only a month away now.

Super Thunder Blade and ESWAT: City Under Siege are the other two, they're just really…
Star Overdrive, Promise Mascot Agency, Pocket Bravery, Snow Bros. 2 Special and more.
At least ones from Nintendo.
