Nintendo 3DS event coming to New York in January
This will be Americas first exhibition of the 3DS since E3 in June
Nintendo of America has sent out invites to the media for a 3DS preview event on January 19. The invites themselves don’t say exactly what information will be revealed, but it’s expected that Nintendo will spill all of the 3DS’s launch details (America’s, anyway) on that day.
Think release dates, prices and launch titles all to be unveiled in under a month’s time—all of this likely with hints of a presentation to be held by Nintendo of America president Reggie Fils-Aime.
For Australia, all we know at the moment is that we’ll be getting the 3DS in March, so Nintendo Australia will probably reveal local launch details shortly after the January 19 event. As for holding a similar event, who knows? If they do, we’ll most certainly be there and ready to feed you everything we hear.
