Nintendo 3DS Amsterdam and New York event preview
Where and when to watch it, whats going to be revealed and whats not
This coming Wednesday, Nintendo is holding two events for the Nintendo 3DS simultaneously on opposite sides of the globe. While one event is in Amsterdam and the other in New York, both events are expected to reveal the final pieces of the 3DS puzzles and that is the western launch lineups, prices and of course the release dates.
Both events are technically media events so no one off the street can go like they could at Nintendo World 2011 but Nintendo Europe will be streaming the event live in the late hours of Wednesday and Thursday depending on where you live in Australia.
Nintendo Europe says that you can ’Watch the main presentation, see first-hand reactions to the handheld system and get a glimpse of the forthcoming games and much more’.
The European event is to be honest by British comedian / TV host Jonathan Ross and will go for about an hour. The American event will be hosted by Reggie Fils-Aime. After the event finishes the media will then go hands on with the console, so expect a lot of impressions in the next week.

So what about my Australian Nintendo 3DS details Vook, you ask?
Despite popular belief we don’t believe that Australian Nintendo 3DS release date, price or launch lineup will be announced this week or at either of the two events. Nintendo Australia will undoubtedly have it’s own event soon, we’ll be sure to let you know when we do.
Don’t worry too much about it, Nintendo Australia likes to have a closer gap between announcing something and it releasing – our release date will still be close to the European one.
Right?
