Nindies Showcase for Nintendo Switch set for next week

Aside from dashing our dreams of a Virtual Console on day one, Nintendo has also announced a Nindies Showcase for eShop titles on the Nintendo Switch for next week.

Nintendo says the eShop will feature more than 60 indie titles this year along. It also confirmed that FAST RMX, Shovel Knight: Specter of Torment and Shovel Knight: Treasure Trove will release on Nintendo eShop on March 3rd.

The showcase will be broadcast live on… let’s call it early Wednesday morning. Here’s the times for us Aussies;

• Adelaide, Australia Wed, 1 Mar 2017 at 3:30 am ACDT
• Darwin, Australia Wed, 1 Mar 2017 at 2:30 am ACST
• Brisbane, Australia Wed, 1 Mar 2017 at 3:00 am AEST
• Sydney, Australia Wed, 1 Mar 2017 at 4:00 am AEDT
• Melbourne, Australia Wed, 1 Mar 2017 at 4:00 am AEDT

For everyone else around the world that is;

• UK – Feb, 28 2017 at 5:00 pm
• Europe – Feb, 28 2017 at 6:00 pm

Nintendo also confirmed that Wii U and 3DS funds can be carried over to the Switch, which is nice.
