Seems like today is the day for restocks, Nintendo Australia has just tweeted that they finally have more of the Pokemon Go Plus accessory in stock on their eBay page.
Previously Nintendo announced that the band would be made available again in late November and then moved it up to October. That’s today!

The Pokémon Go Plus band alerts you with vibration and an LED about nearby Pokémon, PokéStops and more. It also allows the game to run in the background and count steps and distance on Eggs and Buddy Pokemon without having to keep the game open all the time.
