New Vivillon Pattern to be released

Gotta'... collect all the variants?

In a move reminiscent of comic book cover variants, Nintendo is releasing a new Vivillon pattern into the wild.

It will be released through a distribution event to celebrate 100 million trades via the Global Trading System used in Pokémon X and Y. Nintendo have stated that they are currently sitting at 90 million trades world-wide, so not long ’til we see it in-game.

Vivillon has proved a bit of a collectors item already. There is currently 19 different patterns available (!!!), so the Fancy Pattern ticks us up to an even 20! Have you already done your collecting duties on this one? Excited to have another Pokémon to add into the Bank? Let us know below.
