Some slight discounts ease the pain.
A new trailer has been released with a collection of information, some of which we’ve seen before, outlining some of the new features in the game, the new control method and what the Fox and Falco amiibo unlock. We’ve included it below.
Some more details about Star Fox Guard have also been given, including the fact that Star Fox Zero will have a demo of the game included on the main menu (you’ll still need to download it). If you do end up buying the full game later as well the progress from the demo will continue on in the full game.
There’s also some discounts abound for both Star Fox Zero and Star Fox Guard from the eShop. Star Fox Guard will be AU$19.50/NZ$25.50 and Star Fox Zero is AU$79.95/NZ$99.95, but if you buy one you’ll get AU$6.50 / NZ$8.50 off the other.
The game will also be released physically of course in a First Print Edition with both games, a steelbook case for AU$99.95. It’s the only way to get a physical copy of Star Fox Guard.
Furthermore, there’s also a discount on Star Fox 64 right now – it’s AU$6.50 /NZ$8.50 until April 21st.

Until you see the price, at least.
