WiiU_StarFoxZeroGuard_BundleBoxWe’re just a couple of weeks out now from the release of Star Fox Zero and Nintendo is feeding the hype machine with some new information.

A new trailer has been released with a collection of information, some of which we’ve seen before, outlining some of the new features in the game, the new control method and what the Fox and Falco amiibo unlock. We’ve included it below.

Some more details about Star Fox Guard have also been given, including the fact that Star Fox Zero will have a demo of the game included on the main menu (you’ll still need to download it). If you do end up buying the full game later as well the progress from the demo will continue on in the full game.

There’s also some discounts abound for both Star Fox Zero and Star Fox Guard from the eShop. Star Fox Guard will be AU$19.50/NZ$25.50 and Star Fox Zero is AU$79.95/NZ$99.95, but if you buy one you’ll get AU$6.50 / NZ$8.50 off the other.

The game will also be released physically of course in a First Print Edition with both games, a steelbook case for AU$99.95. It’s the only way to get a physical copy of Star Fox Guard.

Furthermore, there’s also a discount on Star Fox 64 right now – it’s AU$6.50 /NZ$8.50 until April 21st.

I really wouldn’t waste your gold coins on that unless you already have, as you can find Other M now for much cheaper than that physically(for less than $10 sometimes) which of course you can play on the Wii U. These Wii releases on Wii U have been for the most part good deals for Wii U owners (especially Metroid Prime Trilogy and Xenoblade) but not this time. Just giving you a heads up.

Already have the First Print Edition on pre order.
That thing will be like New Luigi U, worth a fortune as collectors try and get copies of it.
As a collector, First Print Edition is a must.
