New Pokkén Tournament trademark shows up in Europe

A new trademark for the arcade fighter Pokkén Tournament have been spotted in Europe. The game is currently only available in Japanese arcades but its always been a possibility for the Wii U.
The trademark is pretty standard but also mentions using NFC devices to transfer and record video game content. You’re probably thinking amiibo but the game supports BANA Passport which is a card you can take from arcade machine to arcade machine. There’s no reason why that couldn’t work on the Wii U however.
With the Pokemon World Championships this weekend could we be seeing an announcement? Only time will tell.

I, personally, would love to see Pokken Tournament on the Wii U! Bring it on!
Yes, God knows we need another wii U game and a fighting game at that! Plus it may be Wii U’s only Poke game
