New Pokemon Diamond and Pearl Feature revealed

More features of the upcoming Pokemon Diamond and Pearl said to be released in Japan on September 26th this year. The game will most likely not make it to America and Australia sometime into next year. The below list of features has been translated from the latest Coro Coro magazine by Serebii.net. We also know that Pokemon will feature online play with voice and be able to hook up with Pokemon Battle Revolution and be used a controller etc on the Wii in the future.

– Day/Night Returns: Enhanced from Gold/Silver to have multiple times of day. Nighttime, Night, Evening, Noon, Morning.
– The new region for Pearl/Diamond (Shinou) is based on the Japanese island, Hokkaido.
– A new Pokemon Professor will be in the game. His name is: Nanakamado.
– Manaphy can learn the new move, Heart Swap which swaps status effects between all Pokmon on the field.
– A new watch gadget called a Poktchi, not only tells the time, but has over 20 Features: Time Management, Monitoring of Pokmon in the Breeding Center, Type Chart and many more.
– The Pokmon Sprites vary between Male & Female Pokmon. Different patterns are on the different genders aswell as bigger or smaller features or even missing features.
– The new Shinou region Pokedex has 2 screens similar to the Nintendo DS.
– The Pokdex now features a weight comparison feature.
