New Pikmin 3 mission stages DLC released on the eShop

'Tis the season.

Nintendo has released as promised new add-on content for Pikmin 3.

The All-New Mission Stages 12-15 x 2 pack is now available from the eShop for $6.50. The pack contains four stages each for the Collect Treasure! and Battle Enemy! modes. The maps include a beach themed map, construction site, factory and even a festive table setting. Olimar and Louie are also playable under certain circumstances.

To download and pay for these you’ll have to update Pikmin 3 first, download an update from the eShop for any previous add-on content you’ve bought then pay for and download this pack. However if you just update the game you’ll get two levels for free to try out.

Good to see Nintendo not forgetting it’s titles with new add-on content. Will you be picking up this pack?
