Japanese Game developer Q Entertainment has just unveild plans for a new DS game that will be hitting Japanese shelves latter this year. Tsunagou! Gunpey Reverse (Connect the Sounds! Gunpey Reverse), is based on a game that was released for the Japan only gaming device the Wonderswan. As with Q Entertainments last DS game Meteos Music will play a big part in the action. The Basic idea of the gameplay is to match a series of tiles which all have diagonal lines running through them. You have to make the lines connect up and form a line from one side of the play area to the other. Once you do that all the tiles in the line disapear. If the tiles hit the top its game over. Each time you clear some tiles the music will change kinda like how it worked in Meteos.

Currently it is only slated in for a Japan release but hopefully this game will make it out, as usual stay tuned for the latest details.

A diehard Nintendo fan since I got my first Game Boy back on Christmas 1992 and haven't looked back since. Got SNES with Super Mario Allstars for Christmas 1993. Favorite games of all time include such amazing titles as Secret of Mana, Kirby Canvas Curse, Chrono Trigger, Zelda Majoras Mask and of course Super Mario Galaxy. I'm a huge retro game fan and own way too many random Game Boy carts to count or name. I host the Vookcast around here and like to chip in with the occasional downloadable title review whenever I can find the time.
