New Aussie Club Nintendo Prizes Clean Up

Nintendo Australia has updated the Australian Club Nintendo rewards with a new prize, it’s not too amazing but still pretty cute none the less. It’s two Yoshi themed microfiber clothes, in green and pink.

You don’t have to worry about having choose though as the 1250 points will get you both colours. They’re both 16cm x 16cm in size. I’ve ordered mine already.

Meanwhile in Japan...

Every Nintendo rep at the EB Games expo 2012 had one of these to clean Wii U Gamepads and 3DS screens.

C’mon the ones in Japan are way better! Why couldn’t they bring those instead! I have over 2000 points and nothing to get!

Pathetic! Pathetic! Pathetic! And yet a vast majority of new 3DS and Wii games include Club Nintendo rewards points. Oh, if only there was something… SOMETHING worthwhile to spend them on. I’ll eventually get Game & Watch Collection 2 but I know that I’ll only play it once before putting it aside to collect dust for the remainder of its morality.

I’d’ve redeemed the points for the gold nunchuck and SNES classic controller but they were sold out within a couple of weeks (while they remain available in the U.S. Club Nintendo shop IIRC). =(

The only thing I’d really want them to bring over though are the soundtracks (particularly the K.K. Slider one) that were released overseas.
